RESOLUTION NO. 313

Resolution of the Commissioners of the Town of Aberdeen to
amend Section 2 of the Charter of the Town of Aberdeen to extend
the corporate boundaries and to designate the zoning
classification of the land being annexed.

[Section 3G. of the Charter of the Town of Aberdeen, Harford
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of
Maryland (1983 Edition), added.

Effective Date July 7, 1988]

RESOLUTION NO. 309

A Resolution of the Commissioners of Aberdeen to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Subsection 4(g) of the Charter of the
Town of Aberdeen, to increase the annual compensation of the
Commissioners of Aberdeen from Twenty-four Hundred Dollars
($2,400.00) annually to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
annually for each Commissioner and to increase the additional
compensation paid to the President from Six Hundred Dollars
($600.00) to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for a total of Six
Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) annually.

of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
