    Att a Court held for Kent County in the province of Maryland at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County On the fifteenth Day of November
and Continued the Sixteenth Seventeenth Eighteenth Nineteenth twenty first
and twenty second Days of the same Month in the Eleventh Year of the Domin.n
of Charles Absolute Lord and prop.ry of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon
Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a Annoq Dom 1726

 Ordered by the Court that the afd Sarah Mannen find
Security for her appearance and good behaviour at
next March Court to answer unto an Information found
against her for Adultery

    Thereupon Gideon Pearce of Kent County Gent. present here in Court in his
proper person doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord
prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of five pounds Current Money of
the province afd to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattels Lands and
Tenements for the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if the afd Sarah Mannen shall not make her personal appearance
before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in
the Town of Chester in said County on the third Tuesday of March next ensuing to
answer unto an Information found against her for Adultery and if that in
the mean time she the same Sarah shall not be of good behaviour wherewith the
same Gideon Pearce is Content
