	Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Mayor, Aldermen, and Common Coun- cil of Frederick, be, and they are hereby authorized and empowered, to lay and construct a single or double track of rails from Market street in Frederick Town, where it intersects All Saint's street, east, through last said street, 'to and through the Depot ground of the Baltimore and Ohio Rail Road Company, near Frederick, so as to inter-	Authority to lay tracks
