ALBERT C. RITCHIE, GOVERNOR. 1355

hereby urged to vote and to use their influence for the
ratification of said treaty; and

Be it further resolved, That the Secretary of State be
and he is hereby directed to send a copy of this resolution
to the President of the United States, to the President of
the United States Senate, and to each representative from
Maryland in the United States Senate.
