with Section 4 of the Municipal Charter of the Town of
Williamsport, as adopted July 8, 1957, as subsequently
amended, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957, as subsequently
amended, title "Corporations - Municipal", subtitle "Charter
Amendments", by adding or annexing to said corporate
boundaries the following areas immediately adjacent and
adjoining the present corporate boundary, to-wit:

[Section 39-3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Washington County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date August 11, 1978]
