CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 32

A Resolution of The Commissioners of Aberdeen, adopted
pursuant to the authority and provisions of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland and of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended), to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 29(b) of
Article 13 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, Harford
County Code (1965 Edition, as amended), title "Harford
County", subtitle "Aberdeen", providing for a change in the
established tax exemption for volunteer firemen living
within the Incorporated Town of Aberdeen.

[Section 29(b) of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Harford County, (1965 Edition and 1971 Supplement), repealed
and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date June 26, 1979]

TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT

SECTION 17 - OF THE CITY CHARTER

Resolution of the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of
Annapolis, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11-E
of the Constitution of the State of Maryland and Article 23A
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973 Replacement Volume
and Supplements), titled "Corporations-Municipal", to repeal
and re-enact Section 17 of the Charter of the City of
Annapolis for the purpose of establishing a procedure for
filling any vacancy in the office of Mayor or Aldermen; and
all matters relating generally thereto.

[Section 17 of the Charter of the City of Annapolis,
Anne Arundel County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
