The humble peticon of Tho: Manlove
Humbly sheweth
That whereas Robert Cattlin Senr: (the executor: of William
Boist late of this County) having the orphan of the said
William in his keeping, the said orphan Jane Boist being
not favourably dealt withall by the executor: yor: petr:
humbly pray that this worpll: Cort: now Setting upon
orphants to See that A regulacon and Amendment may
be made that Soe She may have those Accomodacons that
might be Sutable to the estate Left her by the Deseased
And yor: petr: as in Duty bound Shall pray
The orphan Jane Boist being present was examined
by the Cort: who finds no fault with her guardian
the executor: Robt Cattlin Senr: whereupon the Cort
ordered that the orphan remayne with the sd: Robert
