       Att a Provinciall Court held at st Maries the ninetenth day of June Liber N N
       in the Second yeare of the Dominion of Charles Lord Baltemore &c p. 308
       Annoq Dom 1677 and there continued untill the 23th day of the
       same June. At which said 19th day were prsent

       April 27th 1676.
       
       John Rousby Complt Upon the consent of the partyes John Rousby
           agt Complainant and Peter Sayer defendt it was
       Peter Sayer deft    Ordered by the Court here That the defendant
       Peter Sayer pay to the Complainant John
       Rousby in October next the summe of forty foure thousand pounds
       of tobacco in full Satisfaction of the inventory returned into the
       Office for probate of Wills &c of the estate of Henry Morgan de
       ceased, & what else remaine undiscovered, upon discovery to be
       equally divided betweene the said parties.
         But before the said Order was entered upon record the said John
       complained that the said Order was not according to the true
       sense of the Court here, now here at this day to wit the ninetenth
       day of June in the second years of his Lopps Dominion &c Annoq
       Dom 1677 the Court is fully Satisfied & doe consent that the same
       be entred accordingly.
