I do hereby Certifie that Richard Burdus Clerk of the Provincial
Court and Secretarys office of the Province of Maryland this Day
Personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of the Right
Honourable the Lord Proprietary af .^d his Council of State and made
Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that He carefully
Examined the Law contained in this Book beginning at fol 165 and
Ending at folio 167 with the original Act that passed the Great Seal
Sworn to this 11^th Day of February Anno Domini 1755
